• To add more products hit the "back" button - you can add products from any category. 
• You can check the shopping cart total and then go back and add more stuff at any time.
• You can add green gifts and breakfast items into your BOB Box 
• Or if you don't want a BOB box but you must spend over $50 on other items for free delivery.

On the BOB order form please tell BOB:

1. The dates you want your box

2. A safe place to leave your box (rain cover would be good and a key if you live in a secure building)

3. What bread you want if you are ordering an Easy BOB

DELIVERY

Delivery is included in the BOB box price.

You must spend over $50 for free delivery in the BOB Green Shop IF YOU ARE NOT ORDERING A BOB BOX. 

Delivery is on Monday afternoons to Eastern suburbs only and city drops for 3 orders or more in the same building.

There must be a safe place to leave your box when it's delivered and BOB cannot take responsibility for the safety of your box. We leave boxes in all sorts of weird places and some customers give us entry keys to secure units so we can leave the box outside you door.

What is a BOB box?

BOB is a mixed organic fruit & vegetable box, which nourishes your body by helping you to focus on eating seasonally and you help to reduce the environmental impact of your food and support the local food economy. 

BOB will always be full of beautiful fruit and veg but the contents depends on season, price and quality. The box changes weekly and often items change at the last minute as produce has to live up to BOBs standards or may not come in from the farms on the day! But BOB's always a nice surprise! 

BOBs usually approx 30% fruit and 70% veg and BOB chooses what he thinks you'll use! 

How many mouths will a BOB fruit and vegetable box feed?

• 6 - 7 evening meals for 2 people 
• Or 4 evening meals for 3/4 people
• 1-2 weeks for 1 person
• (not including all the lovely extra leftovers for lunch and fresh fruit for breakfast).
• (All depending on how big your appetite is of course!)

Can I choose what’s in my box?

I’m really sorry BOB can’t do that at the moment - but if you have any requests or ideas, just let BOB know. Your feedback and requests are always taken on board as this is a community service! 

If you are allergic or really can't stand something please let BOB know on your order form and we will try and give you more of something else.

Can I recycle my box / give it back to BOB?

We would love it if you recycled your box, we unfortunately can't pick up boxes as this will mean more petrol being used than it's worth, but please use your box for shopping or you can drop them downstairs in the big box bin in Eastgate, near Harris Farms.

How do I know if it's organic?

The produce in the boxes is sourced from only certified organic farms via organic wholesalers. Certification is from several different organisations such as NCO, NASAA, OFC and you will be told every week where your veggies come from and which body has certified the product.

Certification meets international standards which are assured through annual audits of all certified growers, producers, manufacturers and wholesalers by an independent third party auditor. There are a number of approved certifiers in Australia and many more internationally.

Why don't you tell me what's in the box and which farms you are buying from before I order?

Suppliers change at the last minute as organics is dependent on the weather, crop problems or increased demand from customers. For this reason, it's difficult for us to give full details of where each item in your box comes from before Monday's delivery.

However, BOB will now be able to tell you every week where last week's box came from and the producer's certification body.

BOB is focussed on choosing local Sydney produce over produce that has travelled to reduce BOBs carbon footprint and tread lightly on the planet. 

Is BOB less expensive?

YES!! Items per kg cost less than other organic retailers in the Eastern Suburbs so you get more ORGANIC food for your money. It really is a great saving and much fresher than buying from stores where veg and fruit can be sat there unsold for a few days, depleting in taste and nutrients.
